Job summary

Technica LLC in New Cumberland, PA, seeks Warehouse Specialist Leads for the 3rd shift to support DLA operations. You will supervise warehousing activities, verify materials against documents, route items, and ensure proper storage and dispatch.

You will direct teams, plan workloads, set deadlines, and coordinate with the Project Supervisor to maintain efficient, compliant storage and distribution in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to obtain CAC clearance and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience or familiarity with warehousing operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs warehousing duties per the storage plan.
• Verifies materials against receiving documents and reports discrepancies.
• Routes materials to storage locations and palletizes as required.
• Operates hand or power trucks as needed.
• Oversees storage and distribution operations.
• Directs staff in Warehousing Operations using equipment and systems.
• Plans workload, personnel, and equipment based on projections.
• Sets deadlines and work sequences per supervisor guidance.
• Redirects workers/resources to meet daily workload changes.
• Plans current and future work schedules and staffing.
