Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team on night shift.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees beer picking operations for the night shift.
• Ensures timely completion of fulfillment and loading with quality control.
• Plans work assignments, trains, coaches and motivates staff to meet goals.
• Monitors attendance, performance and safety, with disciplinary actions as needed.
• Communicates with team members and management on priorities and safety initiatives.
