Frank Beverage Group is hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate – Beer Picker in Onalaska, WI. You will accurately select and build customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, maintaining accuracy and safety while supporting timely deliveries.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift knowledge (certifications welcome), and the ability to operate voice picking systems, scanners, and hand-held devices in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Knowledge of product lines and supplier policies relevant to operations.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certifications.
• Analytical and mechanical aptitude for warehouse tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear, respectful communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Frank Liquor Company in Onalaska, WI is now hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate - Beer Picker. The team members of Onalaska are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.

The Warehouse Associate – Beer Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position ensures product accuracy, maintains warehouse organization, follows safety standards, and supports overall operational efficiency to meet customer delivery timelines.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Start Time: 4:00pm - until done, 10hr shifts

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and quickly pick customer orders for next day delivery
• Locate products using voice pick technology
• Builds pallets from orders and positions the products on the pallet in an organized and functional manner
• Ensures that the correct number and type of product are on the correct pallet order
• Mark appropriate pallets with identifying information using appropriate labels
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
• Must obtain sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries; Must obtain knowledge of supplier policies especially freshness standards and product markings
• Experience with forklifts is preferred; ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications is required
• Possess an analytical and mechanical aptitude
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Possess good visual acuity at various distances with dimensional depth perception and color distinction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely
• Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and comprehend verbal and/or written communications
• Ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, managers and customers in respectful manner
• Ability to learn and operate all the necessary equipment safely
• Ability to operate a computer, hand-held computer, voice picking commands and scanner

Safety and Equipment:

• Steel-Toed/ANSI Standard Shoes are required
• Company paid uniform is required to be worn at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications.
