Job summary

Morris Packaging is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) in a climate-controlled facility. The role involves inspecting materials, ensuring proper packaging, and operating stand up and sit down forklifts to load and unload trucks.

You will maintain a safe, organized dock while supporting production and warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• Able to follow safety procedures and paperwork.
• High School diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material and documentation per purchase orders or contracts.
• Ensure shipments are properly packaged and meet SQF requirements.
• Operate forklifts to move material in/out of the dock and warehouse.
• Maintain clean, organized dock and storage areas.
• Report safety issues and follow safety protocols.
