Job summary

WB Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented Forklift Operator/Material Handler to optimize loads and ensure proper warehousing of materials. Responsibilities include RF scanning, loading/unloading, inventory management, and maintaining safety standards on a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu 8:30PM–5:00AM).

The role requires proficiency with forklifts, RF scanners, and effective communication, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work within production schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stage, and shrink-wrap warehouse items.
• Transport materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads to improve operational efficiency.
• Secure loads before transportation.
• Inspect vehicles for damages.
• Lubricate forklifts, recharge batteries or replace gas.
• Operate and manage technical equipment.
• Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.

Job description

WB Warehouse is looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent attention to detail for the position of Forklift Operator/Material Handler. Forklift Operator/Material Handlers are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, utilizing forklifts to ensure the proper warehousing of materials, and managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, among other duties.

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 8:30PM to 5:00AM

• Loading, unloading, staging, and shrink-wrapping warehouse items.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
• Lubricating fork truck, recharging batteries or replacing liquefied gas tank.
• Operating and managing technical equipment.
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
