Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will help maintain inventory, prepare shipments, and support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on schedule.

Qualifications

• Exhibits ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus.
• Good written and/or verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pickup or package printed materials and related items following packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes for shipping.
• Attach labels, insert manuals, and prepare boxes for transit according to schedule.
• Arrange, seal, and tag items on pallets or containers.
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a warehouse setting.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials onto pallets and trucks as needed.
