Job summary

Burke is seeking a Warehouse Order Packer on the 3rd shift at our Fond du Lac, WI headquarters. You will learn parts to ensure accurate order preparation, pack orders with shipping labels, and operate a forklift to move items and load trucks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures; forklift experience is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds and standing long hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and team player with good verbal communication
• Able to read a tape measure and work with numbers
• Able to read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and other equipment as needed
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain working knowledge of parts to assist in accuracy of order preparation
• Pack orders, prepare bills of lading and shipping labels to ensure all orders ship securely and correctly to our customers
• Use a forklift for gathering parts, moving orders and loading and unloading trucks
• Verify stock and provide lists to purchasing
