Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Florence, KY manufacturing site. The role leads forklift driver assignments, manages inventory, and acts as the primary contact for shift communications. Safety, quality, and process adherence are emphasized in daily operations.

You will train warehouse staff, ensure proper material placement, manage waste removal, and support inventory goals with cycle counts and proper documentation. Overtime and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• High school, good computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite a must (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Warehouse experience a must, must be willing to work overtime, to include on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the daily assignment of forklift drivers and warehouse inventory.
• Serve as main point of contact for communication with the shift and solve manpower issues.
• Support safety culture and ensure Zero Accidents in the plant.
• Train warehouse personnel to duties of the warehouse position.
• Ensure materials are located logically and waste/recyclables are removed properly.
• Work with UP to meet inventory goals and perform cycle counts.
