Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics.
• Dangerous Goods Qualification (preferred).
• Forklift operation and certification required.
• Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• English preferred (reading, writing and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and complete shipments of goods between company and clients.
• Coordinate with off-site locations, suppliers and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Process orders and ensure shipment schedules are met.
• May develop and maintain operational reports and complete shipments.
• May act as a point of contact for customer service and ensure accuracy of transactions.
