Job summary

Bay State Milling is hiring for an entry-level Utility position in our Winona, MN plant. The role focuses on operating motorized warehouse equipment, assisting with palletizing, and maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards.

You will also train in roles like Forklift Operator and Packer to cover for time off and vacancies, with emphasis on sanitation and proper equipment operation. OT and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of operating forklift and related warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform sanitation duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized material handling equipment and palletizing equipment.
• Assist with sanitation and cleaning in plant areas.
• Train for roles such as Forklift Operator, Janitor, Packer, Roll Tender, Elevator Assistant.
• Perform daily duties safely and efficiently, following company policies.
