Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise team members, and coordinate shipping and receiving. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
• 3+ years warehouse experience and knowledge of inventory systems.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain Ornua Forklift License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Team member with time management, documentation and confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse operations and supervises team members, shipping and receiving.
• Plans, assigns, and executes daily and weekly operational goals across warehouse phases.
• Maintains GMP compliance and safety in all activities (food, equipment, safety).
• Monitors KPI targets for inventory accuracy, utilization, and throughput.
• Manages cycle counts, discrepancies, and reconciles with WMS/ERP systems.
• Schedules inbound/outbound shipments and verifies driver info and seals.
• Inspects inbound/outbound shipments for sanitary conditions and records findings.
• Maintains warehouse organization, sanitation and physical condition.
• Performs risk assessments and leads accident investigations as needed.
• Ensures timely completion of tasks and supports cross-functional areas.
