Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This exempt/non-exempt role combines multiple warehouse functions to ensure a high-quality, safe product while minimizing damage and meeting customer expectations.

The position requires a HS/GED, AS400 and MS Office skills, forklift experience, and the ability to work across various facility operations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete the certification process in a minimum of 2 warehouse functions such as: Bulk receiving, Line Support, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory clerk, Shuttle Driver
• Participate in accident investigations and follow-up reporting
• Understand quality standards and know what to do when a process is not functioning correctly

Responsibilities

• Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility
• Assist in troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions
• Understand quality standards and know who to contact when a process is not functioning correctly
