The Bama Companies, Inc seeks a BFD Warehouse Palletizer Multi-Skilled for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in Tulsa, OK. Starting pay is $19.40 per hour with a $1.50 second shift differential.

Non-Exempt, Full Time. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, dual warehouse functions, and accurate paperwork while maintaining quality and safety standards. Certification in at least two functions such as Bulk receiving, Line Support, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, or Shuttle Driver is required.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate forklift and document processes.
• Understand food safety and sanitation guidelines in warehouse.
• Willingness to complete certification in two warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure paperwork is completed correctly for area of responsibility.
• Assist in troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions.
• Participate in accident investigations and follow-up reporting.

BFD Warehouse Palletizer Multi-Skilled; 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Starting Pay Rate: $19.40 2nd Shift Differential: $1.50

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time

Description: At Bama, the Shipping and Receiving Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist is expected to understand and perform a minimum of 2 warehouse job functions and tasks. This position would be directly responsible for ensuring a high-quality safe product while minimizing damage, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring a safe work environment and practices. The Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for working in multiple positions which could be at any Bama facility.

Essential Job Functions/Job Responsibilities

Duties

• Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and possess the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility.
• Assist in Troubleshooting failures identify corrective actions.
