Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Starting pay rate is $19.10 per hour with a $1.50 differential for the 2nd shift.

This non-exempt, full-time role involves multiple warehouse functions across Bama facilities to ensure safe, high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities include understanding shipping/receiving processes, ensuring accurate paperwork, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to

Qualifications

Must be able to complete the certification process in at least two warehouse functions (e.g., Bulk receiving, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Shuttle Driver).
Must participate in accident investigation and follow-up reporting.
Understand quality standards and know who to contact when a process is not functioning.

Responsibilities

Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and possess the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility.
Assist in Troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions.
Understand quality standards, follow those standards and knowing what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly.
