Job summary

Performance Food Group in Rogers, MN is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to keep goods flowing through our distribution network. You will move and stage pallets, operate a forklift or pallet jack, and work safely to meet daily shipping targets.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and a commitment to reliability. We offer competitive pay, benefits from Day 1, and growth opportunities within a nationwide food distribution leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds repeatedly and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets with cellophane, secure load and ensure shipping labels are in place.
• Inspect and secure pallets, maintain safe, clean work area and follow company procedures.
