Job summary

Pac Worldwide Corporation is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee material handlers from 11:00pm to 7:00am, Sunday through Thursday. The role ensures accurate inventory, efficient shift operations, and proper order verification within a warehouse environment.

The supervisor will train staff, manage receiving/shipping, and enforce safety and timeliness while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years working knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work overtime on short notice including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse staff on the assigned shift.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and production material handling to meet daily targets.
• Verify order accuracy and proper put-away using FIFO.
• Perform RF/scanning tasks and inventory maintenance.
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with PAC personnel and carriers.
