Job summary

PAC Worldwide seeks a shift supervisor for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am, Sunday–Thursday) to lead material handlers and oversee warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $20.75 per hour plus a $2.10 per hour shift differential. The role emphasizes accurate inventory counts, FIFO storage, and safe, efficient processes with weekly pay and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse operations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with organization and time management.
• Able to work overtime including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains and supervises employees on the assigned shift.
• Manages daily shift operations for receiving, shipping and production materials.
• Ensures orders are checked for accuracy.
• Maintains FIFO flow and proper storage of finished goods.
• Performs receiving, shipping, inventory maintenance, verification, and put away (RF/Scanning).
• Interacts with PAC Worldwide personnel and carriers by various communication methods.
• Enforces timely and quality warehouse operations.
• Operates all areas of responsibility safely and orderly.
• Prepares inventory reports as needed.
• Assists other Leads and Supervisors as needed.
• Applies company policies fairly and consistently.

Description Accountable for shift material handlers. Ensures compliance with internal control procedures by counting inventory at various locations within the warehouse and matching results with inventory records.

3rd Shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday

Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour PLUS $2.10 shift differential per hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains and efficiently supervises employees on assigned shift
• Ensures that the daily shift operations for receiving, shipping and production material handler’s meet expectations
• Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy
• Ensure all finished goods are put away in the proper location and flow with FIFO (First In/First Out) procedure
• Be able to perform all facets of receiving, shipping, and inventory maintenance, as well as verification and put away, RF/Scanning
• Interacts with applicable PAC Worldwide personnel and carriers via verbal, telephone, e-mail, or fax communication methods
• Enforce timeliness and quality of warehouse shift operations
• Operate all areas of responsibility in a safe and orderly fashion
• Prepare inventory reports as needed
• Assist other Leads and Supervisors as needed
• Will fairly and consistently apply company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 3 years working knowledge of all warehouse operations
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work overtime on short notice which may include weekend, evening or holiday hours
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products [Excel, Word, etc.]

Education And/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.

Mathematical Skills

• Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division calculations
