Pac Worldwide Corporation in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee material handlers and ensure inventory accuracy. The role runs Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with weekly pay and paid breaks.

Responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, overseeing receiving, shipping, and inventory activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and preparing inventory reports. Candidates should have 1-3 years warehouse experience, strong communication, and proficiency in

• 1–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, train and supervise the shift.
• Ensure daily shift operations meet expectations.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Put away finished goods FIFO.
• Handle receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks including RF/Scanning.
• Communicate with PAC Worldwide personnel and carriers.
• Enforce timely, quality warehouse operations.
• Operate all areas safely.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Support other leads and supervisors.
• Apply company policies fairly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Accountable for shift material handlers. Ensures compliance with internal control procedures by counting inventory at various locations within the warehouse and matching results with inventory records.

3rd Shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday

Paid Breaks with weekly pay!

Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour PLUS $2.10 shift differential per hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains and efficiently supervises employees on assigned shift
• Ensures that the daily shift operations for receiving, shipping and production material handler’s meet expectations
• Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy
• Ensure all finished goods are put away in the proper location and flow with FIFO (First In/First Out) procedure
• Be able to perform all facets of receiving, shipping, and inventory maintenance, as well as verification and put away, RF/Scanning
• Interacts with applicable PAC Worldwide personnel and carriers via verbal, telephone, e-mail, or fax communication methods
• Enforce timeliness and quality of warehouse shift operations
• Operate all areas of responsibility in a safe and orderly fashion
• Prepare inventory reports as needed
• Assist other Leads and Supervisors as needed
• Will fairly and consistently apply company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 3 years working knowledge of all warehouse operations
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work overtime on short notice which may include weekend, evening or holiday hours
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products [Excel, Word, etc.]

Education And/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.

Mathematical Skills

• Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division calculations
