Job summary

Banner Personnel in Illinois is seeking a warehouse associate for the 3rd shift (Fri–Sun, 5am–5pm). The role involves receiving and issuing materials, forklift operation, inventory control, and keeping areas clean.

You will also weigh and load scrap and help drivers, while following SOPs and safety rules. Ideal candidates are reliable with a valid driver’s license, able to lift up to 50 lb, and proficient with computers.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all applicable SOPs.
• Maintain pre-assigned quantities of materials.
• Advise management when stock is at minimum allowed.
• Receive all incoming materials with forklift or pallet jack.
• Issue materials on a timely basis to departments requesting supplies.
• Enter stock movement into the computer.
• Keep warehouse, office storeroom, and dock clean.
• Load finished goods for shipment using forklift as required.
• Weigh and load PVC scrap on recycling trailer using forklift.
• Continually perform all duties in a safe and orderly manner.
• Give driving directions to drivers.
