Job summary

Cardinal Health in Groveport, OH is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipment operations. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, with cross-training across multiple warehouse areas.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, tolerate 36°F-42°F environments, and maintain accurate records using basic English. Training to operate equipment is provided, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training is provided on day one.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for entire shift, bend/reach and handle cold environments (36°F-42°F) for up to 10 hours.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; basic English reading/writing required.
• Willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurate picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
• Operate facilities equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks.
