Job summary

General Mills Milwaukee site is hiring for a Utility on the 3rd shift. The role supports production by moving pallets, reworking items, and participating in continuous improvement. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to work in a 24/7 environment with overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Office apps and Maximo CMMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist production by transporting bins and pallets as needed.
• Rework products and packages not meeting quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Train junior team members and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Operate equipment and ensure safety and GMP standards are followed.
