Job summary

General Mills, Inc. Milwaukee plant is seeking a Utility worker on the 3rd shift. Starting pay is $24.12 per hour with OT potential and a 24/7 operation schedule to support production lines.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, and pass safety and GMP standards. Benefits include vacation, holidays, health and 401(k) matching options. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport bins and pallets to support production.
• Rework products that do not meet quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Train other utility team members to advance skills.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S and GMP standards.
