Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking an Asitrade Tech Level I for third shift to oversee machine production quality and line changeovers. You will monitor adhesion checks, registration, and communication of adjustments to operators while performing monthly PM tasks on the stacker section.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be available for 3rd shift. Proficiency in MS Office and prior die cut experience are a plus. Drug screening is required after a conditional offer.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor starch adhesion on the SF side with X test quality checks.
• Monitor glue adhesion on the DF side with edge pull quality checks.
• Monitor front/back and side-to-side registration and communicate adjustments to operators.
• Understand line clearance, next order setup and all controls on the stacker sections.
• Perform monthly PM tasks on the stacker section.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies; assist operators as required.
• Overtime may be required.
