Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Turret Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate for our Charlotte, NC facility. The role focuses on safe operation of turret trucks and other MHE, accurate put-away, and organized inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires 1+ years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working at heights up to 30 feet. It offers a third-shift schedule and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, or equivalent.
• 1+ years work experience.
• Experience operating a turret truck & comfortable operating MHE 30 feet up.
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling machinery including turret trucks, cherry-pickers, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts.
• Stocking and moving material correctly throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the 3rd Shift Inventory Supervisor, the Turret Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating the turret truck, as well as various other MHE. The ideal candidate will exercise their multi-tasking skills while ensuring all received inbound freight is put away in its designated location within the warehouse, in a timely and organized manner. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and a clean and safe working warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 8:00p - 5:00a

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous fulfillment center or warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience
• Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component parts
