Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Turret Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our 3rd shift in Charlotte, NC. You will operate turret trucks and other MHE, stock material, and keep precise inventory records to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working Sundays through Thursdays, 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years work experience.
• Experience operating a turret truck and other MHE up to 30 feet.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling machinery including turret trucks, cherry-pickers, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts.
• Stocking and moving material correctly throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the 3rd Shift Inventory Supervisor, the Turret Truck Operator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating the turret truck, as well as various other MHE. The ideal candidate will exercise their multi-tasking skills while ensuring all received inbound freight is put away in its designated location within the warehouse, in a timely and organized manner. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and a clean and safe working warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 8:00p - 5:00a

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate material handling machinery including turret trucks, cherry-pickers, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Degree, or equivalent
• 1+ years work experience
• Experience operating a turret truck & comfortable operating MHE 30 feet up
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use basic hand tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous fulfillment center or warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience
• Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component parts
