Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs complex welding repairs with tight tolerances (±0.0001 inch).
• Maintains and repairs injection molds, disassembly and inspection.
• Reads blueprints and engineering drawings to build or modify molds.
• Fabricates custom parts using lathes, milling machines, drills, and welders.
• Operates CNC mills, boring mills, grinders, and related equipment.
• Collaborates with suppliers and teammates; trains apprentices.
