A manufacturing company is seeking a Tool & Die Maker for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to ensure efficient daily operations. The role involves constructing and repairing tools and dies, along with assisting in machine operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of machining experience and a high school diploma. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in machining and constructing tooling to drawing specifications.
Minimum of 1 year experience reading blueprint drawings.
Minimum of 1 year experience using manual lathes, mills, grinders, and similar equipment.
Responsibilities
Monitor production lines and operations in accordance with plant policies.
Assist in construction, repair, and maintenance of tooling, dies, and components.
Learn milling, grinding, turning, and other machining operations.
Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of machining operations
