Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Muncie is seeking a Tool & Die Maker for the 3rd shift (9 PM–7 AM, Sun-Thu). Pay ranges from $28 to $31 per hour, depending on experience. This is an evaluation hire.

You will fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain forging tools, dies, and fixtures, perform TIG/Arc welding, and keep accurate tool maintenance records. A minimum of three years in toolmaking or forging is required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in toolmaking, metal fabrication, or forging.
• Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, welding equipment, and torch operations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and forging processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain forging tools, dies, and fixtures.
• Perform TIG/Arc welding and torch cutting/heating to repair tooling.
• Maintain records of tool maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Conduct preventive and routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
