Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as Tool & Die Maker with progressive stamping experience.
• Advanced metalworking with mills, lathes, grinders and drills.
• Die operations proficiency and precision measurement skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and perform complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and CAD drawings.
• Set up machines: drills, lathes, grinders, milling machines.
• Inspect tools and dies; perform repairs and test runs.
• Design fixtures and templates for fabrication.
• Enter data into SAP and maintain tooling records.
• Support continuous improvement and safety programs.
