Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Comfort working with testing equipment and industrial components.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Perform production and special testing on power bushings up to 230 kV.
• Test condenser bushings to applicable industry and customer specifications.
• Work with oil-filled and epoxy condenser bushings and related components.
• Accurately document and communicate test results or failures.
• Partner with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously train on new testing equipment and processes.
• Safely handle and manipulate materials up to 35 pounds.
