Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for temporary Equipment Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a Johnson County warehouse. Experience with reach trucks and cherry pickers is required. The company offers solid benefits and a low turnover rate.

Positions include 1st Shift: 6am–2:30pm, 2nd Shift: 12pm–8:30pm, 3rd Shift: 10:00PM–6:30AM; OT may be available. Located in Whiteland, IN with competitive pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Willing to train on multiple equipment types (order picker, walkie rider, stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (reach truck, cherry picker, sit-down forklift) safely throughout shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and follow WMS processes; assist in order fulfillment.
• Support multiple equipment types as needed and participate in training.

A well-known warehouse in Johnson County is hiring multiple Temporary Equipment Operators 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with previous reach truck and cherry picker experience. This is a great opportunity to join a company that has low turnover and offers excellent benefits.

Warehouse Equipment Operator's Pay & Benefits:

• Pay $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8:30pm

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Skilled Warehouse Worker's Job Duties & Requirements:

• Must have previousreach truck, cherry picker, andsit-down forkliftexperience

• Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Need to be able to stand/walk for an entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
