Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Indianapolis Southside client. The role focuses on picking orders for electrical items in a small to medium warehouse, with emphasis on accuracy and a fast pace.

The position offers health benefits and a clear path for advancement. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with competitive hourly pay of $22 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic math, measurement and reading skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift.
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs to pull materials.
• Ability to operate sit-down or stand-up forklift.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for electrical items in small to medium sized warehouse.
• Work will call area and sometimes drive orders to job sites.
• Maintain accuracy and fast pace in daily tasks.

Job Summary/Company Information:

• Electrical supply distribution center located on Indy’s Southside is looking for a new team member to join their staff.
• This facility offers fun and friendly working environment with great opportunities for advancement.
• Skilled Warehouse associates will be responsible for picking orders for electrical itemsin small to medium sized warehouse. Accuracy and fast pace are key for this facility.
• Will also work will call area andsometimes responsible for driving order tojob sites.

Pay/ Benefits:

• $22/hr + $2/hr Shift differential for 2nd shift.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Mon – Fri 7:00am – 4:00pm (1hr lunch)
• 2nd Shift Mon – Thurs 12:00pm – 11:00pm (1 hr lunch)

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Basic Math, Measure and Reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, expect to stand / walk most of shift
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs to pull materials
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (sit down & stand up Forklift)
