Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a detail‑oriented warehouse associate to pick, prepare, and ship orders. You will use a WMS to track inventory and perform material handling with sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.

This temp‑to‑hire role offers Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, $19 per hour, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and life insurance. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Perform general material handling and warehouse utility duties
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and orders

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Temp to hire

Schedule: Monday-Thurs 3:30P-2:00A

Pay: $19/HR
