Job summary

Stanley Black and Decker Inc. in Montpelier, IN is seeking a Machine Operator – Tapping for a full-time, third shift role starting at 10pm, with training on the first shift.

You will start the machine, monitor operation, and ensure parts meet specifications while recording data. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can work overtime, and demonstrates math skills, reading/writing proficiency, and physical ability to lift 5–65 pounds with assistance.
