Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu 6:00pm-4:30am) to lead a warehouse team. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining high performance and safety standards in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends. A logistics-related degree and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
