Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping and receiving operations from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. You will ensure a safe work environment and coordinate outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in formal leadership, with a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred. Travel to two nearby sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in plastics or fabrication environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents, enforcing safety-related policies and procedures, and conducting any needed training.
• Help coordinate outbound shipments.
• Ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed based on available and anticipated inventory and order promise dates.
• Address and communicate quality issues to internal team and external customers.
• Ensure raw materials are received and accurately placed into inventory.
• Ensure warehouse and materials are well-organized.
• Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine changes in schedules.
• Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education / Certification

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Desired: Associate's Degree

Work Experience

• Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience, 2 years of experience in formal leadership position
• Desired: 2 years of experience in plastics or fabrication environment

Travel Requirements

• 5% - 10% travel
• This role may require regular travel between two company locations situated approximately 10 miles from each other. Employees must be able to work at either location based on business needs.
