Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely product movement. The role focuses on data entry, inventory adjustments, and collaboration with production to align schedules.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of logistics, ability to read shipping documents, and familiarity with SAP. 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm; safety and GMP adherence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents.
• Ability to navigate computer systems.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report and maintain data in customer and internal system.
• Adjust inventory as required.
• Collaborate daily with production, ensuring timely delivery of product and production schedules.
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP.
• Generate BOLs and packing lists.
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately.
• Examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and communicates with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads.
• Resolve outbound and incoming delivery issues with key stakeholders.
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report.
• Maintain and clean work area.
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and GMP adherence.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

About The Opportunity

The Shipping and Receiving Clerks manage inbound and outbound shipments with the main objective ensuring products are delivered and moved on time.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

Education & Experience

None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents
• Ability to navigate computer systems

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods
• Mainly in an office environment: some time may be spent on production floor
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
