Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking team members to load, unload, and move finished goods and incoming materials, ensuring proper packaging and customer compliance. You will help align shipments with current procedures and maintain accurate inventory while supporting safe operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including verification of quantity and quality of all shipments.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/shipment.
• Participate in all physical inventories.
• Perform cycle counts of various products, components and supplies, as needed.
• Stock and issue materials as needed.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

In this position you will load, and unload finished goods and incoming materials ensuring finished goods are properly packaged and meet customer requirements.
