Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weave Supervisor to oversee our 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the weaving department, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the weaving department during the 3rd shift.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize weaving processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of weaving operators.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of weaving equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in textile manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of weaving processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift (overnight hours).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
