Job summary

Vallen in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant for the 3rd shift. You will handle daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory at a customer site, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with some warehouse experience. Forklift experience and basic computer skills are preferred to manage stock records and respond to inventory inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent coupled with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse processes such as receiving, stocking and cycle counting is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and stores incoming goods and equipment, inspecting for damage and consistency with invoices.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items to optimize crib space.
• Issues items to site employees and maintains accurate stock records.
• Enters data into inventory systems and responds to inquiries about stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Performs cycle counts and prepares inventory reports.
• Delivers tools or equipment to work sites and maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
