Job summary

High Steel Structures LLC in Williamsport, PA is seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters for the 3rd shift. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces and applying coatings, including paint and metalizing, on steel beams and cross members.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with spray gun experience preferred. We offer a 3rd shift with a 25% shift differential on top of the base rate, and comprehensive benefits for full-time coworkers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous painting experience, using spray gun, is preferred.
• Sandblasting or powder coating experience is a plus.
• Ability to read prints, specification tables and use measurement tools to apply coatings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes (paint, metalizing).
• Apply finishes to machined parts as specified.
• Read from prints/specs and use layout/measuring tools to apply coatings to steel beams and cross members.
