Job summary

Imasen Bucyrus Technology is seeking a Stamp­ing Operator for the 3rd shift in Bucyrus, OH. You will monitor stamping equipment, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs to keep production safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude, attention to quality, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. Overtime may be required as needed, with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to recognize quality issues before they become problems.
• Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stamping equipment and production processes.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Assist with emergency repairs on stamping and assembly dies.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Track finished products, empty totes, and skids.
• Support maintenance, production, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Assist with production needs across departments as required.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Operate cranes and tow motors (training provided).
