Job summary

Imasen Bucyrus is seeking a Production Repair Technician in Bucyrus, OH to repair non-conforming materials using welding and controlled grinding. You will maintain repair documentation, update ERP, and support equipment maintenance in a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, 5S implementation, and assisting with repairs across production areas while complying with ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards. Multiple shifts and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing assembly and component inspection experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using hand tools, powered equipment, and ERP systems.
• Experienced in welding & grinding.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily welding and controlled grinding repairs on non-conforming materials while following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete and maintain all required repair documentation, including daily repair logs, ERP system data entry, and required paperwork.
• Support maintenance of repair equipment and work areas, including gas tank supplies, weld wire replacement, welding tip changes, and organization of repair materials and supplies.
• Assist with repairs in other production areas as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and non-conforming material procedures.
• Participate in daily 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Complete required training in accordance with the IB-TECH Training Matrix and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 requirements.
• Be available to work multiple shifts, overtime, and occasional travel as required by business needs.
