Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or stamping facility preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift in a loud environment and use hearing protection.
• Some simple mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and maintain a shared shift report throughout the work day.
• Use Samtec systems to record production data, inventory quantities and confirm quality.
• Use SFC to locate, print an order and enter daily production numbers.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality guidelines.
• Use Samtec's Inventory Suite to manage labels and reprints.
• Perform visual inspections and use standard inspection gauges for precision measurements.
• Must communicate quality issues verbally and log downtime events in PRISM.
