Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Site Coordinator to ensure smooth operations at the customer site in East Moline, IL. You will report to the Site Manager and act as the vital link between our team and the customer, handling tool setup, maintenance, and performance improvements.

The role requires 2–3 years in a production environment with automation and data collection systems, plus strong troubleshooting and schematic-reading skills. Expect a 3rd shift with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficient in MS Office, networking, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Install and optimize tools to maximize performance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations for peak efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and team, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
