CSP is hiring for a 3rd shift Shipping Supervisor in Carey, OH. The role oversees shipping/receiving operations, coordinates material transfers with customers and suppliers, and ensures timely and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Ideal candidates have minimum 2 years supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of shipping procedures to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a shipping/receiving environment within automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with automotive logistics and Tier 1 supplier standards is required.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, transportation methods, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
