POSITION PURPOSEThe primary purpose of the Billing Clerk is to provide support to the shipping/receiving team under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor inventory levels and maintain FIFO rotation and inventory accuracyEnsure departmental standards for loading are being met. Utilize multiple computer programs to ship and receive productsMaintain an accurate log detailing inbound and outbound shipments.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Data Entry and experience with inventory control and processes are a plus as well as any experience in a warehouse environment.
