Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Operations team. The role handles loading and unloading using power equipment, moving and counting product, and maintaining inventory accuracy on a 3rd shift schedule.

You will follow SOPs, meet productivity standards, and participate in pre-shift/department meetings while ensuring safety and quality in a non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to use handheld RF scan device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using power equipment.
• Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Meet established productivity standards for the account.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
