Masters Gallery Foods Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead and develop sanitation teams, implement schedules, and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced production facility in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 4+ years in progressively responsible lead or supervisory sanitation/quality experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, processes and safe handling practices.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Direct liaison between production and management regarding procedural issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of USDA and WDA food safety regulations and inspection protocol.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sanitation teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement sanitation schedules.
• Establish and report sanitation metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
• Train new employees on the safe use of chemicals and the seven steps of sanitation.
• Assist plant management in troubleshooting quality issues and food safety risks.
• Train employees on quality and sanitation standards and facilitate monthly meetings.
• Consult with management to address compliance issues and improve processes for quality and sanitation measures.
• Perform comprehensive sanitation audits on each production process to determine sanitation effectiveness.
• Review and maintain sanitation documentation for quality and regulatory review.
