BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor for a leading food manufacturing operation in the Philadelphia area. You will lead a sanitation team on the 3rd shift, ensure food safety, and manage schedules and compliance with SSOPs.

The role requires 2–3 years of leadership in manufacturing, strong knowledge of FDA/USDA standards, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience in food manufacturing and food safety programs.
• Familiarity with FDA/USDA standards and GMP.
• Knowledge of sanitation processes and pest control in a food plant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in PPE and in noisy environments; comfortable with heights.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and supervise sanitation team on 3rd shift.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute sanitation schedules and SSOP compliance.
• Maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Promote safety, quality, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations to meet plant goals.
• Train and develop new and existing staff.
• Monitor sanitation effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP and food safety standards.
• Enforce LOTO and other safety protocols.
